Returns/ Refunds

I do not accept returns for my handmade OOAK art so please make sure you love your piece before ordering. 

 Uh-oh! My art arrived damaged, what do I do?

Unfortunately even with the best packing job shipping can be really rough. Items over $100 are fully insured through USPS. Keep the shipping materials & start a claim through their website. I am happy to repair or replace your items but collecting insurance is up to you. 

 Packaging

In an effort to reduce my shop's footprint all boxes & packing materials used for shipping are recycled. Neighbor, family & friends save their boxes, bubble wrap, packing peanuts & air bubbles for me to reuse instead of tossing them in the garbage.
